The Scheme operates in line with the P&O Nedloyd Pension Scheme – Trust Deed and Rules, which are legal documents setting out the how the Scheme should be governed. This includes details of benefits and how the Scheme is administered.
From time to time, amendments to the Trust Deed and Rules are made.
